Important Note
For All Bookings:
Children below 5 years complimentary in the same room.
Children between 5 – 12 years at 25% the cost of the double package in the same room.
Above 16 years will be treated as adult and seperate room has to be booked.
Above packages not valid for Christmas and New Years, minimum 3 night booking for Christmas and New Years is mandatory, Christmas supplement is Rs 2000/- per person and Rs 1000/- per child above 5 years till 12 years, New Year supplement is Rs 2500/- per person and Rs 1250/- per child as above. This includes Gala dinner, barbeque and complimentary IMFL on 24th Dec and 31st Dec. (No music/DJ is allowed as per national park directives)
50% advance at the time of booking and balance 2 weeks before the date of travel, in Delhi office.
No adjustments or refunds in case of not availing any facility from the package.
Extension available on pro rata basis.
Bandhavgarh National Park remains closed on Wednesday afternoons.
Please provide all names, age and id nos (Passport/License/Voter Card) at the time of booking, this is mandatory to book park safaris.
Lodge does not guarantee safaris in specific zones, safaris will be booked as per availability and sharing of vehicles.
Change in Safari bookings, name change in park tickets, date change, add on name are considered as re issue of ticket and Rs 2000/- for Bandhavgarh Tala Zone, Rs 1000/- for Bandhavgarh other Zones will be charged as extras.
