Tiger Safari in Bandhavgarh

We offer Jungle Safaris in 4 x 4 Open Suzuki Jeeps with front facing elevated seats.
Bustling with flora and fauna the park is spread across a modest area of 446 Sq km, yet boasts of the highest density of tiger in the world. Although tigers always happen to be the prime wildlife attraction in all national parks, Bandhavgarh offers a wide array of fauna.
Head out at the knock of the dawn to witness the morning forest glory or go for a leisurely evening safari to watch wildlife returning to their roost. The park has recently allowed night safaris which offers a unique chance to sight the nocturnal wildlife & witness all the late night action.

Cycling in Bandhavgarh

Besides Jeep Safaris, guests can also explore the vicinity of the lodge by pedaling across the neighborhood. Lodge provides well maintained cycles, allowing guests to discover the locale at their own unrushed pace. To make the experience even more interesting, a nature guide from the lodge can be booked to accompany you for an enriching exploration.

Nature Walk

Far from the chaos of cities, guests can opt to get mesmerized under a tranquil spell which is offered naturally in & around the lodge. An expert Naturalist can be booked to accompany you for a nature walk, who will bring to light the hidden treasures that we often choose to ignore. The walk could be for a few hours, but the bond that you make with nature will last for a lifetime.

Bandhavgarh Village Visits

We also give our guests a chance to dive into the local culture & get to know the natives better, by organizing village visits on certain days of the week. Additionally, craft workshops with local artisans and bamboo weavers can be arranged on request where you can learn a thing or two and take a piece of their family heirloom for a special corner in your house.

Local Baiga Cuisine of Bandhavgarh

Served on request, our very popular Baiga Thali cooked over Chulhas by village ladies includes a spread of regional flavours including Kodo Millet (Paspalum scorbiculatum), Kutki Millet (Panicum sumatrense) & much more.

Mahua tree is an all-purpose natural product for Baigas. The sun-dried flowers are used for making tea, sweet dishes and liquor.

Bush Dinner

Like our other lodges, guests are given a choice to pick a private dinner setting in the wild. The dining experience becomes dual when you enjoy our Bush dinner and a fabulous tree bar that drastically adds to the pleasure of your stay.
