One of the best places to stay in Bandhavgarh, located within the jungles and you live in actual luxurious tree houses. Don't expect much from the food (taste wise) but everything else will go just fine.

Best if you're going with a big family and have booked all the 5 treehouses, giving a nice non-intrusive feeling around the whole resort.

The Treehouse Hideaway is an unique experience, suited for all wildlife lovers who like the touch of nature. They have four treehouses spread over a huge area. Privacy along with solitude is absolutely guaranteed at this place. The staff is very courteous and helpful. They arrange safaris and provide the essentials on your trips. They take very good care of you....today is my first day and I am already loving it. The folks here will make sure you have a wonderful stay. Contact Pugdandee Safaris to book rooms here.

One of the best hospitality experiences
We visited during winter but were glad to experience bright and sunny days that only added to the coziness of this property. There are five treehouses but mostly four are offered to guests as one of the treehouses undergoes maintenance. As mentioned, if it's sunny during the day in winters, then one wouldn't need much layering but at night it does get very cold. Though hot water bag and heater is provided in the room, one would need to layer up at night as there might be some draft through the wood logs of the treehouse, so pack enough warm clothes accordingly.

The treehouses have a large balcony and an equally spacious bathroom apart from the main bedroom. All the treehouses have staircases leading up to the room. A great initiative that I noticed at Pugdundee properties is that they try their best to avoid plastic and use natural elements for storage and use. So no plastic toiletries, sauce or water bottles or such. Plus, they have separate bins for waste segregation in all rooms. Kudos to them for taking this approach.
There is a screening of documentary in the evenings and complimentary snacks are served. Coming to meals, I cannot praise the food enough. Our compliments to the chef. Every single meal and every item on it was so delicious and the ingredients were really fresh. The kitchen staff helped customize some meals for our children as well.
We had a wonderful stay and will always remember with pleasure the warm hospitality extended by Mr. Tirkey and all members of his team. They were all extremely helpful. The property is large and there are lots of places to explore, from kitchen gardens to machan type sit outs by lily ponds. There's also games and related paraphernalia to keep both grown ups and children occupied. I'd highly recommend this property.

Excellent Safari Holiday
Had the most amazing 3 night stay at Treehouse Hideaway with the family. After researching a lot of places, finally we decided to go with Tree House and it turned out to be the right decision. From interaction with Amiya who was handling our booking to Ashish and Team who were managing things at the Tree House resort, everyone was so professional.

The resort has only 4 tree houses so it has quite an intimate feel. We stayed at the Banyan Tree house and loved it. The rooms, amenities, safaris, activities, evening documentary with bonfire and snacks, everything was organized to perfection. Special mention to in house Chef and his team – the meals were really wonderful and nothing short of excellent. If you are staying in the resort, the bush dinner is a must. You will not be disappointed.
We did two safari drives and was fortunate enough to have a tiger sighting during our second safari. The in house naturalist Mr. Khan was excellent. The resort is on the expensive side, but trust me it is worth every penny. My daughters are already asking me when we can go back to the Tree House Hideaway.
